Kia has officially unveiled the new PV5: an all-electric van range designed to transform commercial mobility. As part of Kia’s Purpose-Built Vehicle (PBV) strategy, the PV5 redefines what electric light commercial vehicles can offer. With multiple configurations including Cargo, Crew, Passenger and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), the PV5 range is built to serve every business and transport need with confidence and versatility.
The Cargo model offers up to 5.1 m³ of usable space, making it ideal for delivery services, couriers and trade professionals in Burton-on-Trent and beyond. Its wide, square load bay ensures maximum usability, while rear and side access points support fast, practical loading.
The Crew variant adds flexibility for mixed-use businesses, with convertible seating and an integrated bulkhead that separates passengers and cargo safely. It’s ideal for mobile teams who need to transport both people and equipment without compromise.
Meanwhile, the Passenger iteration delivers five- to seven-seat practicality, a wide-format digital display and class-leading driver assistance systems, perfect for chauffeuring, airport transfers or employee shuttles. The WAV version supports inclusive travel with a side-entry ramp, wheelchair anchoring system and generous headroom.
All PV5 models are 100% electric, offering reduced running costs, near-silent operation and zero harmful emissions. This makes them perfect for Clean Air Zones/ULEZ and future-focused fleets in Staffordshire and further afield.
